I stayed the same?

One week of tracking.

I was really careful of what I ate - tracked my WPA - met my GHG's.

Didn't walk as much as I should have.

Stayed the same.

The gameplan?
Keep journaling
Walk - no excuses

You know this works.

I hear ya Anne. For some reason I'm having the hardest time losing right now. In fact I was up a pound again this week and was really pissed about it!

My scale shows I've GAINED this week! WTF? I tracked, I exercised, I journaled.

But you're right: it works. Keep the faith!

I know. It just doesn't seem fair, does it? If you're like me, the reward on the scale hits about 2 weeks after the behavior :)
