2 pounds!

I went back to work.

I journaled my food.

I made time for my walks (even when I was tired because I went back to work).

I'm down 2 pounds this week! Back into the 150's - finally!

The program works if you work it.....funny isn't it?

I went on vacay and got TOM and am up 5.8. Burn.
